We used Flawless Flooring to have new laminate floors installed in the kitchen, hall, and laundry room. Dena, Alex, and Dave were so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We took forever trying to match our golden oak cabinets. There was another Dave who did the tear out of two floors. Chad did the installation. It was obvious that he’s been doing this for a long time. Both were skilled kind and prompt. They made sure we had the least possible interruption. We would definitely recommend them!!

Flawless Flooring did a spectacular job throughout the entire process of installing our floors. They were patient with us as we navigated the show room to select a wood floor we liked, even allowing us to take home several samples to compare. The staff was very knowledgeable on the different wood types, and helped explain how each would affect the look of the room or adapt overtime. Marcus and Dave were responsive to any questions or concerns we had for them, and offered a generous first responder discount on the project. The install team was quick, efficient, and professional and the floors look amazing. They even gave us a wood floor cleaning kit as a thank you. Highly recommend

We contracted flawless flooring to replace carpeting in our bedrooms and basement stairs as well as change some vinyl sheet flooring to “lvt” in part of our home. The experience was fabulous from choosing flooring and getting an estimate with Marcus to the install by Chad and James. We are thrilled with how things look and they made the experience stress free and answered all our questions. James and Chad not only did a great job but were fun to work with and respected our home and cleaned up after the install. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Bill & Terri Mitchell

I contracted Flawless Flooring to replace our laundry room flooring. I found Lance to be extremely knowledgeable and patient when selecting the perfect product for our project. Zack and Keith did an excellent job installing the product. They were friendly, professional and responsive throughout the project. Cleanup after the job was complete and they moved the appliances as needed. I would definitely use them on my next flooring project and would highly recommend Flawless Flooring for any flooring project.

9/23/24 Updating my review to 4 stars since flawless did try and correct the issues I had. With most of the issues I was experiencing. Dave the now operations manager did follow up to make sure I was happy with this very long process. I know he was very frustrated as well. Very disappointed 😔 through this whole process with flawless floors. The quote I received was fair so I decided to go with flawless floors. They were to match my kitchen floors or come close to it. To my surprise I walked in and saw that it was NO where near the color of my kitchen. So I called and asked what was going on. They stated the easiest thing they could do was redo my kitchen in this very dark stain. So I approved it since I wanted to get my house listed. I came back from my out of state vacation to find that the floors had buff marks all over them. I called the office and asked if they were finished doing the floors since there was absolutely no communication from them. They stated that they were. Shocked that a company with such good reviews would be so careless , reckless and unprofessional. I had to call them back in and ask if the buff marks and the drum sander that was taking down way too low in the spare bedroom was normal. They did redo the floors to a color I liked but it was far from flawless. Pictures are below. I really wanted these people out of my house since they have wasted a month of my time, I just paid what was remaining on my bill! Please look over all there work! This process way so long and disappointing. They had stain all over my white base boards spent 2 days cleaning and repainting them. I gave a 2 star because the sales guy and office staff were nice nice. Please look over their work throughly! Nothing but flaws! Flawless floors NEVER did a color sample for the first color that THEY picked not me!!!!!! That is absolutely BS!! I called and asked them what they could do to make things better, once I saw the color they picked. I should have just asked for what I wanted instead of asking Flawless floors what was easier for them!! As my first review stated I like the color now that I got to pick it!!! But as you can see in the pictures they are not flawless which I told them that. Look at the closet look at my spare bedroom pictures. Operations manager? No one meet me after the project was finished? A complimentary cleaning kit? How is writing this response??? You clearly were not involved at all in this process… I will be contacting the office again! You can clearly see the pictures. What a horrible reply by a business.

We bought our 1929 house in 1984 and after 40 years and 4 kids we decided to have most of our floors redone. Dave came over and helped us decide what stain to use with our maple and oak floors. We were out of town for 3 weeks but gave them access and Dave sent us progress photos. Overall are very pleased with the results and can’t wait to get our furniture moved back in. Great work everyone!
