Very professional and knowlegable

Flawless Flooring repaired and refinished our hardwood floors that were damaged by a dishwasher leak. The team at Flawless Flooring are very professional and always willing to take the time to answer questions. They arrived on time everyday, worked hard to get the job done on time and produced a beautiful product. It was hard for us to pick a stain but the team was patient and helped us through that decision. Marcus always responded quickly to messages and was always available before, during and after the project finished to answer questions. If we had any concerns they were always addressed immediately. My floors turned out beautiful! They look seem less and you would never know we had water damage and two different types of hardwood floors! Well worth the reasonable cost

Flawless Flooring is great. They refinished my wood floors that hadn't been done in more than 25 years (since they were installed)! I had forgotten how beautiful they are! Delighted with the finished product. Plus, they were neat, fast and efficient. I was worried about a lot of dust, but there really wasn't any. It was hard work for them -- but well worth the reasonable cost. Wish I had found them much sooner! Highly recommend!

Their work IS really Flawless!

Flawless Flooring is fantastic! Their work is really flawless! Jimmy is a perfectionist. He did our laminate flooring and also installed wood planks in our hallway to match up the hardwood flooring we found under our carpet in the living room. So then we had to switch from laminate to putting on a new finish on the hardwood flooring we didn't expect to find. then they even matched the color of our kitchen flooring to the hallway and living room. If you didn't know it, you would think it's all the same flooring! Flawless Flooring was great in fulfilling our changes and our needs for a reasonable price! If we take out the carpeting in the bedrooms, we would take Flawless Flooring again! Highly recommended!

Pleased with the end product

We had our maple floors refinished from a light finish to a deep Jacobean. Tom was the easiest person to work with through the sales phase when we were determining what we would get done. Dave and his crew took over when we decided on refinishing. They even stayed late to provide me with samples on my flooring so I could see what looked best.
