Sales Specialist
$60K - $150K+ per year Commission Based
Department: Sales Location: Flawless Flooring LLC – New Berlin, WI
We are looking for a motivated full-time Sales Specialist to join our company. As our Sales Specialist, you will be responsible to grow sales and profit – handle company leads and create self-generated leads; have and maintain product knowledge and provide the best customer experience in the industry.
To be successful in this role, you will need a positive attitude and be organized, efficient, and self-motivated; possess the ability to multitask and have the desire for continual improvement. You need to always project a positive image to the public as you interact daily with our customers; having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing our Flooring company.
Installer Lead
$50,000- $80,000 / year
Department: Installer Location: Flawless Flooring LLC – New Berlin, WI
We are seeking an experienced flooring installer to become a valuable lead for one of our crews. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing floors and installing luxury vinyl, laminate and solid & engineered hardwood flooring as a leader of a floor installation crew. Our installers travel to various installation projects throughout the week, engaging with customers on a daily basis.
As an Installer Lead at Flawless Flooring, you will need to be organized, efficient and self-driven in your work as well as patient with and respectful to our customers.
Installer Apprentice
$50,000- $80,000 / year
Department: Installer Location: Flawless Flooring LLC – New Berlin, WI
We are looking to add motivated individuals to our company as Installer Apprentices. As an Installer Apprentice, you’ll be a member of one of our flooring installation teams. You’ll be responsible for proper floor prep and installing luxury vinyl, laminate and solid & engineered hardwood flooring. You will travel to several installation projects during a standard week, and you will interact with customers on a daily basis.
As an apprentice, your goal will be to prepare and become a Flooring Installer Lead within 6-12 months, at which point you will earn the use of your own company vehicle. To be successful, you will need to be organized, efficient and motivated to learn how to become a skilled flooring installer.
Full-Time Repair Tech
$50,000- $80,000 / year
Department: Installer Location: Flawless Flooring LLC – New Berlin, WI
We are in search of a dedicated Repair Technician to become a valued member of our team. As a repair tech, you should possess experience in various flooring installations and an understanding of floor refinishing. Your primary responsibility will be handling a range of flooring and transition repairs at multiple project locations throughout the week.
To excel in this position, you will need to be organized, efficient and self-motivated. Maintaining patience and respect in daily interactions with customers is essential.
Part-Time Repair Tech
$20,000- $40,000 / year

We are seeking a part-time Repair Technician to join our skilled repair teams. As a repair tech, you should possess experience in various flooring installations and an understanding of floor refinishing. Refinisher Lead
