Sales Specialist
$60K - $150K+ per year Commission Based
Department: Sales Location: Flawless Flooring LLC – New Berlin, WI
Primary Purpose:
We are looking for a motivated full-time Sales Specialist to join our company. As our Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing sales and profit – handling company leads and creating self-generated leads; having and maintaining product knowledge and providing the best customer experience in the industry.
To be successful in this role, you will need a positive attitude and be organized, efficient, and self-motivated; possess the ability to multitask and have the desire for continual improvement. You need to always project a positive image to the public as you interact daily with our customers; having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing our Flooring company.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be working out of one of our showroom locations in coordination with our office to provide our customers the best service experience
- Follow Flawless Flooring processes and systems
- Handle company provided leads in timely fashion
- Strong ability to network and be creative/resourceful to self-generate leads
- Perform in-home measures and assist customers in product selection process
- Create and provide timely detailed quotes to customers and to the Order Department to ensure 100% proper materials are ordered and in our warehouse before project start date
- Coordinate installation time and communicate customer needs/expectations to Operations Manager to ensure jobs go smoothly
- Job completion follow up with customers – verify satisfaction, collect final payments and get Google reviews
- Ensure showroom and personal workspace are maintained in a neat, clean and orderly manner
- Participate in marketing events – seminars/tradeshows/builder meetings/etc as required
- Engage in on-going training/educational requirements
Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve desired results
- Possess flooring knowledge; In-Home sales experience a plus
- Proven track record of past sales success
- Ability to be persuasive with customers when necessary
- Reliable and excellent attention to detail; ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work after hours and over weekends as necessary
- The job environment is fast-paced and results-orientated
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver's license
- Must pass drug test, background check and motor vehicle check
