A History of Fine Craftsmanship
Flawless Flooring was founded by David Braunsdorf, a flooring professional with a lifelong passion for quality and detail. Dave began his career in flooring at just 13 years old, working for his pastor’s flooring company. He quickly discovered how a well-crafted floor could completely transform a home—and he dedicated his life to perfecting that craft.
In 2001, Dave launched Flawless Flooring with a simple mission: to deliver the highest standards of flooring installation and refinishing with integrity, care, and professionalism. What began as a one-man operation has grown into a team of 12 skilled crews, with over 200 years of combined experience in the field.
To this day, Dave remains hands-on—visiting job sites, checking in with crews, and ensuring every project reflects the level of excellence that Flawless Flooring is known for.

They arrived on time everyday, worked hard to get the job done on time and produced a beautiful product. It was hard for us to pick a stain but the team was patient and helped us through that decision. Marcus always responded quickly to messages and was always available before, during and after the project finished to answer questions. If we had any concerns they were always addressed immediately. My floors turned out beautiful! They look seem less and you would never know we had water damage and two different types of hardwood floors! The workmen were in our house for three days. They were professional and very personable. They did an amazing job, left our house usable while the project went on, and cleaned up after themselves as they went. They obviously took great pride in their work. I enjoyed working with Flawless Flooring for a second time. Lance is a very knowledgeable regarding the flooring products that they sell. Also, Zak did a great job of installing our Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout our house. He is a very hard worker and does an excellent job. Very pleased with everyone from the company. Delighted with the finished product. Plus, they were neat, fast and efficient. I was worried about a lot of dust, but there really wasn't any. It was hard work for them -- but well worth the reasonable cost. Wish I had found them much sooner! Highly recommend!

He did our laminate flooring and also installed wood planks in our hallway to match up the hardwood flooring we found under our carpet in the living room. So then we had to switch from laminate to putting on a new finish on the hardwood flooring we didn't expect to find. then they even matched the color of our kitchen flooring to the hallway and living room. If you didn't know it, you would think it's all the same flooring! Flawless Flooring was great in fulfilling our changes and our needs for a reasonable price! If we take out the carpeting in the bedrooms, we would take Flawless Flooring again! Highly recommended!

Dave and his crew took over when we decided on refinishing. They even stayed late to provide me with samples on my flooring so I could see what looked best.
