We had our dining room floor refinished and were very pleased that we were shown several stain colors and that the options for the top finish coat were clearly explained to us. It’s been 6 weeks since Flawless Flooring, New Berlin, refinished my white oak plank floors in my kitchen/breakfast area from honey oak to neutral. I am a interior designer that focuses on remodeling and new home construction. We recently purchased a property where we needed a large amount of flooring to be refinished, not only did flawless flooring have competitive pricing they did a fabulous job! I have had many floors refinished and this is my favorite yet, Thomas was and did an AMAZING job!

We had new hardwood installed and existing hardwood refinished, and only fantastic experiences with both. From asking a million questions at their showroom to scheduling to installation, everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. Specifically, we worked with Marcus, Dave, Andy, and Jeremy. They were all fantastic to work with. Marcus especially was helpful throughout the whole process, always available, and never tried to push a sale. The whole team was also very flexible, as we changed the scope of our work a few times. We used Flawless Flooring to have new laminate floors installed in the kitchen, hall, and laundry room. Dena, Alex, and Dave were so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We took forever trying to match our golden oak cabinets. There was another Dave who did the tear out of two floors. Chad did the installation. It was obvious that he’s been doing this for a long time. Both were skilled kind and prompt. They made sure we had the least possible interruption. We would definitely recommend them!!

We contracted flawless flooring to replace carpeting in our bedrooms and basement stairs as well as change some vinyl sheet flooring to “lvt” in part of our home. The experience was fabulous from choosing flooring and getting an estimate with Marcus to the install by Chad and James. We are thrilled with how things look and they made the experience stress free and answered all our questions.
